Over the years, I’ve worked across diverse sectors, crafting a unique approach to business development, brand expansion, and market strategy. As the Head of Expansion for Sluggers, I’ve successfully propelled the brand from a California staple to a nationally recognized name, overseeing its launch in Arizona, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nevada, New York, and internationally in Canada.

Prior to Sluggers, I held pivotal roles at Select, TRP, and Curaleaf where I contributed to over $300 million in sales. I orchestrated complex licensing agreements, drove go-to-market strategies, and managed teams across sales, marketing, and operations to achieve rapid, sustainable growth. One of my proudest accomplishments was playing a key role in the $480 million sale of Select to Curaleaf, a landmark acquisition in the industry.
